Angela Reeves Brought on Board as Client Success Manager
We're proud to welcome Angela Reeves as IR's newest Client Success Manager. In her new role, Reeves will take an integral role in characterizing client success using company products and services.
Prior to joining Informative Research, Reeves served as a National Account Manager with Factual Data for over a decade, managing credit services for multi-branch national financial institutions. She oversaw onboarding, training, ongoing service, and communication from corporate decision makers to the end users, identifying new ways to increase workflow efficiency.
“We’re thrilled to add Angie to the team," said Kelly Richards, Head of Client Support at IR. "Her industry connections and history of developing strong relationships with clients is the perfect fit for what we're trying to achieve at IR.”
Reporting to Richards, Reeves will connect with key business stakeholders, respond to their questions, and prepare client business reviews to help them meet and exceed their business goals. Additionally, her role works in coordination with cross-functional internal teams to continually streamline the customer experience.
