Informative Research Makes Verification Platform Available Through Dark Matter Technologies Exchange℠

Informative Research announced that its Verification Platform is now available through the Dark Matter Technologies Exchange℠ service network, expanding access to automated verification of income and employment for mortgage lenders. By making the platform available within the Exchange, lenders can more easily adopt configurable VOI and VOE workflows designed to reduce manual effort and control verification costs.

The Verification Platform automatically cycles through multiple verification providers until borrower data is successfully validated, allowing lenders to prioritize lower-cost options and avoid unnecessary orders. When used with the Empower® loan origination system, verification data flows directly into the loan file and supports automated underwriting and representation and warranty relief. Availability through the Exchange service network also extends access to additional systems, helping lenders streamline verification across origination, underwriting, and servicing workflows.
