Expanded EPC Document Mapping Now Available

We’re excited to share an update that brings greater flexibility and efficiency to document organization within Encompass. EPC Document Mapping has been expanded to support additional integrations, giving customers more control over how critical documents are routed within their eFolder workflows.

What’s New

EPC Document Mapping is now live in production for the following Encompass integrations:

  • ITV/SSN
  • Verification Waterfall (all VW vendors)
  • Flood

This enhancement builds on existing EPC document mapping capabilities previously available for Credit, PCM, and AccountChek, extending consistent document routing functionality across more services.

What This Means for Encompass Customers

With this update, Encompass administrators can now create custom document mappings for each supported integration. This allows returned reports to be automatically placed into the appropriate eFolder containers, helping teams:

  • Keep document types organized and easy to locate
  • Reduce manual sorting and rework
  • Improve downstream workflows such as condition management and reporting

By ensuring documents land in the correct folders from the start, teams can maintain cleaner files and a more efficient loan process.

How to Configure EPC Document Mapping

Encompass administrators can enable document mapping by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Services menu and select Document Mapping
  2. Choose which document types should be routed to specific eFolder containers
  3. Save the configuration for the applicable integration(s)

Each supported integration offers a defined set of document types available for mapping, allowing administrators to align document placement with internal workflows.

Available Now

These enhancements are already live in production and available to Encompass customers today. If you have questions about enabling EPC Document Mapping or would like guidance on best practices, your Informative Research team is ready to help.
