Informative Research Enhances AccountChek® Integration with Freddie Mac AIM

Informative Research announced an expansion of AccountChek® payroll provider coverage to support mortgage lenders using Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor® asset and income modeler (AIM). The enhancement allows lenders to assess income and employment eligibility for representation and warranty relief across a broader range of payroll providers using automated verification of income and employment through AccountChek®.

As an approved third-party service provider, AccountChek® enables consumer-permissioned, direct-to-source data to flow into Loan Product Advisor® for automated assessment of assets, income, and employment. Expanded payroll access helps lenders streamline verification workflows, improve loan quality, and reduce documentation requirements, while supporting faster processing times and a more efficient borrower experience.
