Shawn Jobe talks credit score modernization & bi-merge credit reports

In the latest episode of "Stewart in the Studio," Shawn Jobe discusses changes in credit score reporting and industry implementation updates. During the episode, he meets up with Marvin Stone to talk about the latest summit at MISMO, a standard organization that has been focusing on mortgage banking for over two and a half decades. For the past 25 years, MISMO has aimed to foster collaboration across the industry and establish a common language for using those standards.

MISMO is an organization that has been focused on establishing standards for the mortgage banking industry for about 25 years. Its mission is to facilitate collaboration across the industry community and establish a common language for those standards.

Similarly, the credit reporting community of practice is a collaborative effort between business and technology experts. We aim to stay updated with the latest industry developments and drive the creation or enhancement of existing standards to be used throughout the community.

During a recent update, we discussed ongoing industry activities, including the credit score modernization effort, adoption, and use of bi-merge within the loan manufacturing process.
