The integration embeds AccountChek’s digital verification capabilities into the borrower experience, helping reduce friction early in the loan process while improving data accuracy and operational efficiency for loan teams.
Through the integration, AccountChek® Verification of Assets data flows directly into the Encompass loan file using the Encompass loan number, supporting automated underwriting and GSE programs such as Day 1 Certainty®, Asset and Income Modeler (AIM), and pre-close employment verification. By capturing verified asset data upfront, lenders can streamline underwriting workflows, minimize manual follow-up, and deliver a more seamless application experience for borrowers.
